About the Event
Rethos is organizing and leading the CUB (Catalyzing Underutilized Buildings) credit coalition in advancing legislation that will create a new income tax credit for adaptive reuse and rehabilitation. Coalition meetings are held virtually on the 3rd Tuesday of each month. All are welcome, especially local leaders concerned about economic development and shifting property tax burdens.
