Please join leaders of the CUB Credit Coalition as we kick off the next phase of our advocacy campaign and begin building momentum for the 2027 legislative session. 

Whether you are familiar with the CUB Credit proposal or are just getting introduced, join an evening gathering of leaders across preservation, real estate, housing, construction, sustainable design, and economic development. Together, we’ll explore how converting underused buildings can strengthen communities across Minnesota – and how you can be part of this growing coalition.
