Drafting a Maintenance Plan

The best way to prevent unexpected and expensive rehab projects is proactive maintenance. In this class, you’ll learn what home maintenance tasks you should do on a seasonal or annual basis.

Todd Grover will host Q&A sessions and help build a maintenance plan for your old home! This class will arm you with a manageable checklist, resources, and a maintenance schedule.

This class is part of the education program of Rethos: Places Reimagined. Rethos is proud to offer a variety of classes for homeowners, students, Realtors, and others who love old buildings. Refund policy: Refunds are provided up to seven days prior to the class. Please email sumeya@rethos.org if you would like a refund on your purchased ticket. Rethos will arrange to refund the cost of the class.

Cancellation policy: A class may be cancelled due to low enrollment. Decision to cancel a class will be announced to registrants at least 24 hours before the class' scheduled time. Refunds will be provided to all registrants.
