About the Event
Professor Emeritus at Augsburg University Kristin Anderson will give a history of downtown dwellings in Minneapolis and St. Paul over the past 175 years. Rethos Policy Institute Director Erin Hanafin Berg will conclude the talk with an update on the Catalyzing Underutilized Buildings (CUB) Credit ahead of the 2026 legislative session.
Tickets are $10 with registration, $15 at the door. Snacks will be provided and beverages are available for purchase.
Ticket transfer policy: If you are unable to attend a class but would like to transfer your registration to someone else, please email info@rethos.org with the contact info of the person who will be taking your spot at the event. We’ll update our attendance list accordingly.
Refund policy: Please email info@rethos.org if you would like a refund on your purchased ticket and we will arrange to refund the cost of the class. Refunds are provided up to seven days before the class.
