Love gingerbread? Dream of building your own home or designing a structure? Then this class is for you!

Learn the basics of building construction and architectural design at this all-ages, family-friendly workshop taught by Eric Cheever, the fun-loving Director of Exhibits & Curatorial at the Stearns History Museum.

Eric will show you the inner workings of construction and design and teach about basic building elements during this hands-on, interactive class. Engage your inner architect or builder while creating your own unique structural masterpiece with gingerbread kits from Cold Spring Bakery. It’s sure to be a sweet treat.

Held at the temporary home of the Great River Children's Museum in the Lahr Building in downtown St. Cloud, stick around following the class for an informational talk about the soon-to-be children's museum courtesy of Cassie Miles, executive director, and Evan Larson, GLTArchitects. The site's unique history and building renovation project is bound to stimulate exciting gingerbread architecture creativity. Special thanks to class sponsor, GLTArchitects.

Class size is limited so register today!
