About the Event

This 2-hour class taught by local home inspector Tessa Murry gives an overview of two frequently seen (and asked about) homeowner concerns: Ice dams and electrical. Designed to help inform real estate agents about ice dam causes, prevention and removal, this fast-paced class also addresses electrical issues frequently flagged on inspection reports, including circuit breakers, knob & tube wiring, and GRI devices.
