This two-hour class introduces you to different types of heating systems commonly found in Twin Cities homes. You'll discover how furnaces & boilers work, how to maintain them, and how to handle common issues.

Homeowners, this class will arm you with the knowledge you need to stay toasty this winter. Real estate agents, this is an excellent opportunity to become more well-versed in common heating systems, to answer all your clients' questions, and to provide buyers with resources on maintenance and repair.

This course has been approved by the Minnesota Commissioner of Commerce for 2 hours of real estate continuing education. It is open to all.
