About the Event
Do you have old wood windows in need of some TLC? Ready to practice window repair skills? Join window restorer Joe Hayes for a hands-on workshop all about windows. Joe will explain common window issues and demonstrate basic repairs. This class will focus specifically on glazing, paint prep, and painting. Participants will have their own station at which to practice these skills. You are invited to bring a window from home. We'll also have plenty of practice sash to use.
Designed for homeowners and property owners who plan to restore and repair their old windows, this workshop is primarily a hands-on practice session. Still debating whether to do it yourself or hire a pro? Check out our window repair resources here, or email our staff with questions: kelly@rethos.org.
Questions about registration prices, COVID-19 protocol, or refunds/cancellations? Read our Need-To-Know page!
This class is brought to you by Rethos: Places Reimagined. Rethos Education is financed in part by the State of Minnesota from the Arts and Cultural Heritage Fund through the Minnesota Historical Society.
