Winter is coming (whether we like it or not)!

This one-hour class introduces you to different types of heating systems commonly found in Twin Cities homes. You'll discover how furnaces & boilers work, how to maintain them, and how to handle common issues. 

Homeowners, this class will arm you with the knowledge you need to stay toasty this winter. Real estate agents, this is an excellent opportunity to become more well-versed in common heating systems, to answer all your clients' questions, and to provide buyers with resources on maintenance and repair. 

Brought to you by Rethos: Places Reimagined, this course has been approved by the Minnesota Commissioner of Commerce for 2 hour of real estate continuing education. It is open to all.

Refund and cancellation policy: No refunds or credits will be granted for non-attendance. Refunds are provided up to seven days prior to the class. Please email info@rethos.org if you wish to cancel your registration and would like a refund. Rethos will refund the cost of the class within 7 days of your cancellation.

Late arrival/early departure policy: DOC rules state that all attendee’s receiving continuing education credit must arrive and stay during the scheduled class time. If you are not on time or cannot stay for the whole class you will not be able to receive your CE credits.
