About the Event
 REGISTER
As part of the DMC Sustainability Series Rochester, in partnership with USGBC and Rethos, please join local architect Alissa Pier to discuss the meaning of green and sustainable housing. Design, construction, and context will be explored as components of sustainability. Emotional value (think beauty and style) and quantifiable value (think energy use and dollars per square foot) provide complementary points of entry into this exciting topic. The purpose of this session is to demonstrate the inherent environmental and health benefits available in existing homes while at the same time providing a multilayered understanding of sustainability.
Healthy snacks will be provided, feel free to bring a lunch. AIA and GBCI CE available upon request.
