The holidays are officially here! Albert Lea hosted their annual Holiday Bazaar in early December and we sure are jealous of the fun they had! Main Street Director Holly Karsjens had this to say about
“This was our 8th annual Albert Lea Holiday Bazaar, a holiday festival held in our beautiful historic downtown. After a drive through event last year that was actually pretty epic, it included our first ever live reindeer visit. We were, however, ELATED to host the event with more of our traditional activities this year! Horse drawn trolley rides around downtown are a favorite. The live reindeer visit is now a new tradition with Santa photos, with the reindeer as the backdrop! We added something new this year, our first ever lit holiday parade, ‘Santa Cruise on Broadway’. Everyone is already excited to grow this portion of the event in years to come! Lots of sponsors and volunteers helped make this year possible. Full heart as director, that's for sure!”
